question about this....I hear that it makes you "more vascular". Is that by way of thinning the walls of the blood vessels? Or does it actually make your veins larger.

I've used this for the past 3 months and i have to say that it works well if you want to have more energy and better blood flow. The way it works is by dilating the arteries in your body (it does not thin your arteries). Arterial tissue is made to expand and contract due to various hormones and signals in the body...Nitric oxide (NO) is a naturally occuring fast degrading signal for this.
Creatine will enhance the effects because of excess water retention and Glutamine will help with muscular restructuring (less downtime, faster healing). I recommend Pinnacle NoX2. This is what i've used since beginning and I like the stuff, look online for the best prices.
I'm certain not everyone reacts to it the same, I've had friends that it seemed not to help and I've had friends that bulked up like mofo's. So that is your word of warning.
Also, DO NOT under any circumstances take this if you have low blood pressure or use any drugs that are designed to lower your blood pressure. AND unless you want to stay up until 8am don't take this stuff after 4-5pm.
Have fun
