I don't know, maybe there's a new option in the User CP that I haven't seen. Something like "I'm not a dumbass and know how to search before asking a question", where if they check it, the Search button shows up. Maybe if it's unchecked, Search just doesn't show up for these people, but it's automatically checked for us because we were transferred over from the older vbulletin software.

I mean, it's got to be something. I just can't imagine people seeing this Search button, and completely ignoring it. I can only assume it's just not there for some people, due to an option or something.

Or maybe Chris wouldn't mind making the Search button 800x600 and flashing fast enough to send anyone into a fit of seizures.

Man thats harsh.

I will help. Most cd burning applications allow you to decode from mp3 automatically. Just tell the program you want to make an audio cd, drag and drop your mp3s on to it, and burn away. You will know if it is going to convert them if you can only fit 15-25 songs on the disc. If it lets you put more on, you will end up with a data cd playable only in mp3 cd players.

If all else fails look into .mp3 to .wav conversion programs.

I'm all for helping people that actually put forth some effort to find the answer themselves. Especially when that answer has been given many times before.

Anytime I want to do something MP3 related, I find the latest and greatest solutions. I tend to forget the details all the time. Do a search a google.com, you will get good hits and detailed information to help you out. I'd tell ya, but I don't want to bullshit ya.

Take care,
