That's true for all minor leage teams. they have to work harder to get fans in the seats, since the level of talent is not as good.

I kinda like it the way it is. If you make it easier to score it won't mean quite as much. Next thing you know they'll be trying to institute a shot clock. I don't want high scoring games. I want lots of action, good hits, spectacular goals, and even more spectacular saves.

Don't water it down for the sake of ratings

I'm a hockey fan and know a lot of rules, but based on my knowledge, I wouldn't mind seing them doing away with stoppage of play for a 2 line pass. Seems like that wouldn't be a problem...
