i guess nobody wants to talk about it when their team is out though huh? well at least the "other teams" have a big 12 season championship, and a 1st round elimination in the tourney. lol

I've noticed it's just been lacking all around this year. Not just on this board, but everywhere.

unc? why, did you go there or just jumping on the bandwagon? no offense, but just about everybody thinks unc will win it all or illinois.

it's college basketball....all of the players that would make this a great game to watch have left early or skipped college. If Lebron and Carmelo and some of the highschool phenom's were in it, it might be more entertaining for me personally.

man you obviously havent been watching, there are a lot of great players in the sweet 16 right now. the lebrons and carmelos dont happen all that often.

watch the okstate vs. arizona game tonight, guaranteed to be a shootout, which are always fun to watch, and illinois is a great team to watch, their backcourt makes things pretty exciting.

star power brings me to watch basketball....i'm just not that big of a fan. I couldn't name 3 college basketball players right now.

yeah, i know what youre talking about. a lot of the first round draft picks are pretty star like though. such as joey graham from okstate, lol. really, if you went, or are going to a college it makes it more entertaining to watch.

Awesome, Duke is out along with all the Big 12 teams. I just wished my Bulldogs had been the ones to upset Duke. Either way those nancy boys are going home. I have Illinois winning it all in my bracket but i'll probably root for NC.

Do you cheer for any team outside of Texas?

West Virgina was amazing on 3s (16 of 21 at one point), put couldn't finish of Louisville.

I was born and raised in Illinois. Almost had a scholarship to Illinois but I dislocated my shoulder my senior year and had to quit wrestling.

Man! I cant believe Illinois came from 8 down with 1:14 left to win in OT. Awesome game.

Nancy boys?.. how you figure?

I just went to watch the Austin Regionals on Friday. College sports are awesome! I'd like to see Illinois over UNC in the final. I think it'd be a good game and they've been the favorites from the beginning. I wouldn't mind Louisville, but I don't think they can do it.

Many KU fans will be rooting for UNC because Roy Williams is their coach. While we all felt a bit betrayed when he said he'd never leave KU, and then left for UNC, we all still admire him as a coach. Even though I picked Illinois to win it all, I think I'm going to have to root for Roy to win his first national championship.

Though, if Illinois wins, it looks good for KU since Bill Self recruited all those guys playing for Illinois right now. If he can put together a team like that, our future has to look pretty bright.
