I got this phone when I switched to Cingular, but I liked the phone I already had more. I used this phone for no more than 15 minutes of talk time. Basically it is new in box. I am willing to meet anyone interested near Carrollton so we can make sure it is unlocked before you buy it. I do know it will boot with inactive AT&T and T-mobile sim cards; however, I don't know for sure if it can send/receive calls with sim cards other than cingular. Looking to get about $200 obo. No hurry to sell...its just sitting on my desk collecting dust.
