Started taking NO2 by MRI two weeks ago and I have had serious headaches all day long for the past three days. I'm following directions to the tee and drinking 8 - 10 20oz cups of water per day. Someone mentioned for me to cut the dose from eight per day and just do four a day until my body gets used to it. I enjoy the benefits of the product but can't deal with the constant headache.
Have any of you guys had similiar effects.
Thanks

i've used BSN Nitrix before which is basically that same stuff, but the quality might be different. I didn't get any headaches from it.
If I was you, I would stop taking it completely for one week to let it get out of your system, then start again with a smaller dosage.
Or, you could take the product back to where you got it and tell them it sucks. Usually, most places will give you your money back. Try the BSN Nitrix, it's really good stuff.
Are you taking the NO2 with anything else? Any other supplements combined?
Good luck.

I used to take creatine buy I haven't taken it in almost two weeks because the directions said to cycle off of creatine for ten days upon starting NO2. I do believe I'm going to stop taking NO2 and maybe crank up next week with a smaller dosage and see if that does anything. I was just wondering if it was even worth taking in smaller dosages, does it still work?

it depends on your body. are you thin or chunky?
what are you taking the NO2 for? Vascularity or Pumps?

I'm 5'10 175 with little body fat and I take it for the pumps mainly. I work out four days a week. I also take whey protein shakes throughout the day.

take some multi vitamins and aminos too. maybe that will help offset the headaches somehow. i take tons of vitamins, B-supps, and Aminos. I seldom use Nitrix or NO2 supplements. Mainly if my routine or body is at a sticking point, then I will use some Nitrix combined with my regular creatine intake and it does the trick. I go through two bottles of Nitrix and I am done for awhile.
Also, try drinking a little more water. Can't hurt and trying is free. lol

Ok guys I have now stopped taken NO2 for three days now and the headaches are still with me, still as strong, all day from morning to night continously for four straight days. I took this product for two weeks, I'm wondering how long does it take to get out of your system. I going to take an aspirin tonight and hopefully that doesn't have any drug interaction with it. I think it lowered my blood pressure to much because I have all the signs of it; constantly cold, bad constant headaches, and aches and pains in my legs.
This sucks!!!!
