you can't get it all at once just by taking some pills and powder.
if you are really serious, then you have to do it right and it takes time and lots of energy/focus.
my suggestion to you is to go to Barnes & Noble or any other bookstore and do some research. Check out the bodybuilding and fitness books they have available. There will be lots more valuable info in them regarding nutrition, supplements, and routines than you will find on the internet for sure.
One good book for sure is Musclemags Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding
Wieder has a really good book out too.
Good luck man!

squats, pull ups, and bench press
You should get in the habit of doing some leg stuff too. Squats, front squats, lunges, ect.... do them without the Smith machine and get the form down right before you try to get heavy. There is nothing better than being so sore you can't even bend down the day after a good leg workout. I would also recommend working up and keeping your shoulders strong so you won't get injured.

also i has to do with your body type.....you have a small frame, so it might be a little harder to get what your wanting, but just keep with it thats what i did, now i am 6ft tall 187lbs with 11% body fat

body type is everything, but height is another story. i am 5'8 and 196, with very very little body fat.
Lee Preist is only 5'4 and weighs 190lbs during competitions, which places him in the light heavyweight class (177lbs to 198lbs).....that's why he is a killer in competitions. but stand his short ass next to Shawn Ray or Dorian Yates....shiiiiiiiit....hahahah

oh yeah hey guys.. thanks for all the help i appreciate..
arnold's book is pretty good when it comes to bodybuilding info...
You just are not going to beat hard work in the gym and eating lots of healthy food. If you start counting protien/carbs/fat you will learn a lot on how you eat. To really start gaining mass you need 1.5-2 tiems your bodyweight in protien. For example, you weigh 150lbs, you will need 225-300g of protein.. Thats the recommendataion I hear a lot and know lots of people who try and stick by that rule. The other thing you need is sleep. When you work out, you are trying to absolutely kill your muscles in the gym and when you rest and sleep, your body uses all the excess protein to rebuild your muscle and build more to keep it from happening. For the first week or two, dont rush into lifting a lot of weight. Your body is not used to it and you will probably hurt yourself more than you will help yourself. Take it easy, dont try to max anything out. Start with 3 sets of 10-12 reps with lower weight for atleast the first week, maybe two. Then once you hit the third week, you want to lower the reps and add more weight. For mass, you want to lift heavy 6-8 reps for 3 sets or so. To get tone you want 8-12 reps 3 sets.
Take it easy... make sure you work out your legs, you dont want to look like hank hill when you get done working out. Weigh yourself periodically and you will see weight gains. When you realize its working it makes working out a lot easier
