Well I lost about 10 lbs over the holidays damn strep and flu. Worst holidays ever had. Oh well back to gym and going for 500lb lift.

the holidays were good to me i gained 17lbs since thanksgiving. actually i havent weighed myself since last week so i have proably put on a few more. still 6-7%bf

im stoked i also pressed 105lbs dumbells six reps last week during my chest work out.
