Well let me start by saying that I work out three times a week and I take a pre-shake and a post-shake, but everynight my body feels sore. Can the shakes make me feel like that? The post-shake said it helps the after workout.... Confused....

the more protien you take a day the less sore you should be.

These are the shakes that I am taking......
You're sore from working out, that's the idea.
the more protien you take a day the less sore you should be.
that's not entirely true.
maybe your working out too hard and for too long.
are you taking any other supplements? stretching? cardio?
There are many factors that can lead to your soreness, other than insufficient protein intake.
3times a week isn't much as far a working out goes, considering how sore you are.
break down your routine for us bro, and maybe someone on here can help you a little.
do you drink LOTS of water? does your protein shake have aminos additives?
the biggest question is, are you making any progress or gains? if so, you are going to have to deal with the soreness and suck it up. lol
:D

well protien builds muscle, so theoretically the more you take the shorter the duration of soreness you should have.

I work out for at least an hour and half. My set include 4x15. More reps with light weights. I stretch between sets. I do two different chests movements/ three bi movements/ three tri movements. The pre and post shake have creatine. one is 3g of monohydrate and the post is 2000mg. The post has 12 g of Protein. Should I get something with a whole lot more protein?

Glutamine will help quicken your recovery time, and maybe some of the other BCAAs, but soreness is a product of the buildup of lactic acid in the muscles. I have yet to find a way to alleviate it all togother. If you are pushing yourself hard enough to grow, you're gonna get sore.

Maybe that's it, but I was trying to get a quick way out of being sore everynight that I workout.

all i was saying is that most likely, it isn't his protein intake that is causing his soreness.

true that.
amino's are great and soreness is a sure sign of a positive lift.
you'll most likely get to a point to where you can differentiate a "soreness" from a "great freakin pump" lol
You can also try some BSN Nitrix to help your soreness a little. It's good stuff, but you have to take a shiiiitload of it, so it gets expensive.
