Im listing this because I'm the owner's neighbor. Its located in Flower Mound (Zip 75028). The house is a little under 1500sqft (about 1479 or so) and was built in c.1984. It has 3 beds, 2 baths, formal dining, living area and 2 car garage front entry. It has a brand new roof, brand new A/C unit, new heater, and new carpet. The house is in good shape with a wood patio out back. Its a 5-6 min drive from I-35E and another 5 min from SH 121.

The owner is asking $128,000 for it, but she is negotiable.

Ill take some pics if there is any interest.

she just decided to sell it today so i dont believe she has an MLS number yet.

oh, well in that case the house is fairly priced IMO. some of those houses going for around 130k are in the same subdivision.
