No biggie, I got my headlights working really late, so I didn't go to storage to get my DOTs. I ran a couple decent times, couldn't grab second at all in 6 runs, my synchros are shot. :(

Ha. Ha. Ha. You'll be back just in time for me to hand you the yellow (losing) E/T slip!!!
I already posted it up in the GTG forum about the "battle" on the 19th. Becareful of all that bling. It might slow you down a bit.

Hell that would be nice, you have a hook up on one at Unique? ;)
At this point, I would be happy with a new 3550, or even a rebuild on mine. It simply won't go into gear no matter how fast or hard you pull on it at any rpm under WOT. Aw well, still ran a pretty decent time and mph, so I know with a tranny it will be faster than I was expecting.

You didnt break my tranny, it has 30K miles on it, mostly racing miles at much over its rating, so I am happy it still is in one piece, and has all the gears left in it. Even if they don't shift :)
I blew up my factory T5 with only 320 RW... :o

Strokd,
My Tremec wouldn't shift either. We tore it apart and the teeth on 2nd and 3rd gears were rounded off with small chunks missing. I looked at rebuilding, it would cost around 350.00. I called Liberty. I sent 2-4 gears off to them. They face-plated them....it is essentially a pro-shifted gear, but last longer. You can look on their web-site for pics. It cost 550.00 to do this. That tranny shifts a million times better now. The shifter just jumps into gear now. This is one of the best mods I have done to my car. First and 5th still have synchros, so down shifting into first is not a problem. It does have a clunk when you shift gears, but it is WELL worth it.
Send me a pm if you want some more info.
