badass silver M3 w/ deep dish dark rims, black front splitter

The car was a new M3 sitting on some PHAT staggered rims with some serious dish in the rear wheels and a black colored adjustable front splitter. Baddest looking M3 i have seen on the road. Car pulled pretty stout with 2-3 people in it. I bet he would have done better if the car wasnt so loaded and he didnt go from such a high punch. Anyone know the owner or the car i am referring? I would love some pics of the car in daylight.
