Do ya'll think it has a chance to make it? Last time at Ennis it went a 10.40@131 when it was running 6.70's in the 1/8. It's running on average 6.40's now with sooommmme improvements made over the winter. Coil over front end to lighten it up a bit more and back on the Alky with a belt driven fule pump. It might even run those .20's I have had my hopes up on.It's a T350 tranny with a 5500 stall converter and a 28 inch tall tire and 456 gears for tyhose of you who have your calculaters. Oh and it weighs 2600 pounds now too.
See ya'll the 25th

PM XR_1. He'll need to know the year and color of your truck for a precise calculation.

Its a llight ass the et will pickup but the MPH isnt going to change all that much. Maybe 134 or so. just a guess. Just a guess. Just a guess.
Just in case you don't know its just a guess! :D

Converter efficiency has a lot to do with it, as well as making it across the traps without being out of gear.

If you go thru the lights at 137, you'll be turning 7,500 rpm, not including any slippage.

It's around 106-7 most of the time. Cam and intake are good to 8400 rpm

6.20=9.73@137mph
What formula are you using. Using a na formula a 6.40 is a 9.984 in the quarter.

Like I sid it is all a guess there are many variables and weather will be a big one the day you actually go.

I hope it runs at least a 10.10, I will be a happy camper if it runs in the 9's. Lots of luck is all I need!
