Its propane, I did some of the forming like the lid, legs, etc. We had a company come to us wanting us to build them. We have built grills for them for the past couple of years and as of last year could not pay us. I have had one for over some years now and its still in excellent condition. We have put so many hours building these, You will not find another grill that is all stainless for this cheap.

i bought one of these last night and they are awesome. very heavy and very nice quality. i thought i was stealing it @ $350.
