conv. songs on HD

How do you convert wav. files "already" on your HD to mp3. I know how to rip'em from cd to mp3. Just don't know how to conv if they're already on your HD. I have WinMedia 10, Nero 6.3 I believe, & cdex. Will any of these work, or do I have to go DL a wav converter. which more than likely I am, but if I don't, that makes it easier.

Open CDex and select 'Convert'--'Convert Wav to Compressed Audio', or just press F11. When the dialog box comes up browse to the folder that has your .wav files and press convert.
