Beside the CIA is everywhere in the world, the US being the most aggressive in weapons tech, makes us the obvious target for being an information source. Nothing new, same game different year.

Although it seems, according to the article, the Russian may be taking advantage of our current situations in the Middle East, or, they are trying to restart the Cold War.

Boy would that be a swift move. I doubt they've got the resources or the organization to even get halfway to where they once were as one of the 2 world superpowers.
