sbc dsl is pretty cheap about 26.00 a month but you have to have an SBC landline i believe.

in my case i don't even use my landline so i had sbc make it a low usage line making the bill $3.xx (+ bullshit taxes = @10.xx). makes the dsl about 30 something a month and have only had a service outage for 2 or so days out of 2 + years.
