I'm just wondering how this law would "erect barriers that will hinder minorities' participation in elections and hamper grassroots voter registration drives". Please explain, if you can. :)

You guy know, minorities are on drugs too much and will never be able to find their birth certificates. Probably used it as rolling paper.

I think it is pretty sad that we have to enact laws to prevent people who are illegal from voting.

Can you imagine going into a voting booth in Mexico and trying to vote if for some stupid reason you decided to go there illegally? I am sure they would just deny you to vote and send you on your way. LOL!
