I quit paying Bally's because of Yolanda's layoff. I just called and payed it off. I haven't worked out in 3 months!!! :eek:

I feel and I'm probably about as strong as Urkel.

I guess It'll take about a month to get back to where I was. I know it'll be hard to get the triceps back up to hold a 280lb bench press. :(

I think I'll dedicate the next 3months to isolation movements and low carbs to lose some body fat, with one day of deadlifts and squats just to get strong.

How does that sound?

Protein and cut out those fatty soft drinks and bread!

I would bet that if just 3 months ago you were benching 280 then you could do a little more than Erkle. Get back in there and hit it hard. Concentrate on the reps and go heavy. Cut back on the carbs some but not all the way. You will still need those to grow new muscle and have energy during your workouts.

I assume you mean you are going to perform squats and deadlifts once a week right? If so you are on track. Sounds good to me. Good luck

You are correct sir. I'm embarrased about my max deadlift, esp compared to true powerlifters. (385lb) But for overall strength, you can't beat 'em.

Before I quit I was up around the 200lb mark on the scale. Now I weigh 197 :(
