Anybody have Redmoon Broadband Service?

I'm looking into getting it for my brother that lives in Frisco. He's not a computer person but likes to surf the web and play Xbox Live.

Just wondering if anyone has service through them and if the connection speeds are decent enough to play Xbox Live on?
