12/12/04 toys for tots cruise

Purpose: To donate toys for tots!

6001 Central Expressway

We will be meeting at the Starbucks in Plano near 15th and US-75, connected to the Barnes and Noble at 9am. We are asking anyone with a passion for cars and a heart for giving to attend!

We will be leaving from Starbucks at 10am for a nice country back road cruise. The cruise will take us up some back roads through Allen and McKinney, we’ll take a short break at a large gas station halfway, then continue on rounding up close towards Sherman and then back down to end at Wal-Mart in Plano. The Toys for Tots donation site will be at Wal-Mart that day until 6pm. 95.5 The Wolf will be onsite from 10am – 2pm for some live radio coverage.

We do ask that you show up at Starbucks with a full tank of gas, and please be aware that we will be on public roads and to be attentive and aware of your surroundings. Please also be aware that you will be responsible for your own actions.

We ask that each participant please bring at least one new, unwrapped toy to donate.

WAY COOL! Glad to see some other clubs organize these great cruises for causes! :cool: I don't have any plans yet and the weather is looking amazing for Sunday! Hope to be there and help T4T's. I've usually donated by now. :(

yeah there should be quite a few srt-4s and dsms out. i understand u dont want to be the only stang out. i hope a few of u guys/girls do come out. ive heard nothing but good things about the cruises and that they are a lot of fun.

cool.. that looks like a real nice site with lots of info u got goin on. ill book mark it; there might be something i wanna check out on there sometime. ur car looks pretty nice in ur sig; do u bring out to lewisville or do u go to garland on wednesday nights? i've seen a guy with a car that kinda looks like urs (paint wise) at moes but i don't think i've seen a girl cruisin in a 5.0. i appreciate u cross-posting the info.

Hey THANKS! We hope you'll visit often! :) I've owned it for 10 yrs. (in March). I used to come out to Lewisville every week in it. But once it got over-run w/b.s. I moved over to the Irving Starbucks g2g. Been on hiatus for a couple months waiting on my new billet wheels. Not too mention it's been too damn cold. :p Hope to meet ya out there. What will you be in?

hey i just added my cardomain to my sig link so don't feel bad :P that's an 04 so i have the LSD on it and i just got a port and polished 60 mm throttle body last nite. the turbo is even louder now and makes ur heart melt ;) i understand why you dont come out to lewisville. ive seen a couple of preludes to a fight since ive been comin out to be honest but overall i enjoy it. i hope u come out again sometime when its warmer. im sure irving is fun though; i've lurked the irving thread from time to time. well good luck on ur wheels i'm sure they'll look hot. my name is alan. do u have pics on ur website; if not just grab me by my shoulders and say "hi im nicolle" cause i tend to keep to myself i dont know u..

I'm pretty obnoxious so I'll probably do that! haha! I have pics on www.nicandbob.com (Bob= my car). :) SVOChic will be riding with me as her tranny needs replacing. I'll contact some other "cruisers" and see if we can make a good showing. :cool: I went to the SRT forum before and was pretty impressed with the sincerety of the owners. Will be nice to see them in "action" and hear that lovely turbo sound! :D Congrats on the new goodies! :) See ya soon!
