Grapevine Mills Mall Meet 12/17

i talked about this at moes tonite..but wanted to tell more about it. it was origionally posted on the 3.8mustang.com forum since my friends started the whole meet. this "GVM" meet has happened a few times..and is great! it pretty much involves everyone meeting up..driving around, eating food, and having a great time. im trying to recruit more ppls to join to have the GVM meet even that much greater. any stang of any year, or even any car that you have and wanna come along is allowed. its just a great meet where you get to show off ur cars, talk with others and have a great time. if anyone is interested(hopefully some from the moes meet) lemme know so we can prepare for more people.

gonna all hopefully meet up between 4 and 4:30.. sorry i was wrong about the timing before..my friends and i want it to last long(which it will) and be able to have sunlight to see the cars.

last time we started at 5 and it ended close to 11...doesn't mean u have to stay the whole time..but after the runs and the burnout contests we had in the area..it was a great time. no one wanted to leave

actually its prolly gonna start at about 4-4:30 so we can see each other cars in the light. but don't worry it will end up lasting a long time depending on how long u wanna stay out there. but even dropping by for a second is great!

well alrite..if we aren't there. take down my cell phone 214-629-6153. you can call me to find out where we are. one of the guys on this 3.8mustang.com forum is a security guy there and says that alot of times the burlington coat factory parking lot is packed. so yeah if it ends up being like that a few ppls will stay in burlington waiting for people and we're going to probably move to the saks 5th avenue parking lot..since its supposibly NEVER busy. so if it comes to that. still go to burlington but we'll get u guys to go to the other lot..IF it comes down to that. but its all good :D

its alrite, maybe u can make it to another g2g. well its goin down tomorrow ima be there at about 4. bring some warm clothes just in case..i almost got shut down for going tomorrow: water pump went out, replaced it and then the hoses were old and busted because of the pressure change. so yeah its all fixed so its allllll good :D

About how many cars usually shows up at these meets?

When it was just the V6 guys, we'd have up to 10 at a time, but maybe 18 plus guys at various times. With some V8 support, it will be much bigger. This one was in advance so it should draw more. We always tossed together last min things before.

There's a multi page thread on 3.8mustang about this one. And alot of the members there are bringing friends.

Looks like it will be nice and sunny for this today.

There was a nice turn out. It made for some good pictures, espeically for the ones that had memory on their cameras ;) I just uploaded the pictures to my computer, and here is the link, hope it works. Hope to do it again sometime.

hahahaha noo we all went to this location that we always go to and burned out and got a few runs in as well :D it ended up being me, the porsche, the 5.8, crown vic, and nicks red V6. ohh and the turbo one..it was pretty sweet still.

yeah don't show off ur damn memory stick to me son! hahaha i got good pics so im happy. that was a great night and sorry to hear about a lady hitting u..that sucks ass man. but yeah we need to set this up again! it was good to have 2 forums meeting up and getting along ;)

forgot to mention the 6 club. It's so cool you can get steet cars to perfrom so wll with 6 cyl. hats off & keep it up.

Indy cars have 4 cyl and put out 1000 ponies. the 6 will do just fine.
