What kind of computer can I get for ~$200

My mom is wanting a new(er) computer because my brother and sister f*cked up our old one. We've got plenty of monitors and she's got a printer, so really only need a box w/ OS. She isn't needing anything fancy, really only a 1.6 Ghz or so would do. Anyone know of a cheap place, was looking at fry's but they don't even sell that old of stuff (well that I could see online anyways).

I'm putting together a PC of old parts for my mom/brother/sister back at home, and it's only going to cost me about ~$80. Check www.pricewatch.com, just keep your eye open because there are a lot of shitty dealers who post on there. (do not buy from partspc.com :( )
