So what, we beat the Bears at home too just the Clownboys. Whats your point? I still say the Vikes will be in the playoffs and your Clownboys will be watching again.

Sure, they looked pathetic, but thank God that it was only the second time all season that they looked pathetic (NY was the other), I cant say the samething for your precious Clownboys. And we are still tied for the division lead.

More bad news. We cant seem to catch a brake. Injuries have plagued this team all stinkin year.

The Vikes may be in some serious trouble if early reports of the extent of Antoine Winfield's ankle injury are confirmed by tests today.

He was replaced by <!--Default NodeId For Derek Ross is 1482088,2004-->Derek Ross in the first quarter and, after being toasted on a handful of big plays, he was supplanted in the fourth quarter by Ralph Brown.

The initial prognosis on the Winfield injury is a high ankle sprain -- an injury that takes rest to heal at any position, much less a cover cornerback. The full extent of the damage will be diagnosed today, but, if Winfield misses any time, this injury could be the one that turns the Vikings from contenders to pretenders in the post-season party.
