Anyone know a way to get around encryption. I have DVD Decrypter but it won't recognize the files from the actually DVD drive (no ISO file).........
I also have DVD Shrink which is telling me basically to screw myself because the DVD is encrypted.........
I've never had this problem burning other DVDs, just this one. What I want to do is shrink it and burn it................
Any suggestions?

If it is a DVD-AUDIO, I don't think you can crack it. What is the title?

Thats odd, I have never had that problem with DVDDecrypter. Are you running the current versions of both software titles?

Have you tried playing it in something like PowerDVD or WinDVD yet? Do that, then go through DVD Decrypter or DVD Shrink, and it should work fine.

The movie I'm trying to Burn is "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen"... Not particularly good but I'm trying to burn it none the less...
I have the latest versions of DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink... When I open DVD Decrypter it only let's me select a "file" which the disc doesn't have an ISO file, just VOB, IFO, etc... which it doesn't recognize.... That hasn't been a problem because I usually just run DVD shrink and spit out an ISO file and then switch to DVD Decrypter to burn the DVD.......
I'll take a look at those other two programs and see if it works......

I think Nero does it, at least it gives me that option.... I've never done it though..

Nevermind, I think I have it figured out. Using DVD Decr.. I just switched the mode from "ISO" to "File" and it now reads the disc........ :p I'm so used to using DVD Shrink first that I didn't think about checking that........ :D
