Favre is playing great, they're running the ball well, and the defense is doing pretty good. St. Louis is throwing all over them, but can't get it in the zone.

I don't like Green Bay, but I do like Favre. He's a "real" football player.

st louis cannot catch a break lmao

and btw it was vicodin get it right. favre does have a superbowl title and is more fun to watch play the game than anyone else in the league. he plays like he's a 12 year old kid, the way it was meant to be played. for fun.

No, real football players take a dozen or so shots of Cort before, during and after the game...lol

hookem you are just ignorant on so many levels, i see new ones everyday. like archie said, real players take alittle pills and stay in the game. they dont just go retire like say, troy aikman :D archie you know im a packer fan since wayyy back when we used to play super techmo, that was the days :D playing football in the street in front of danny and jr's house. anyways brett is the toughest sob in the league and he's there for fun and not for the fame and money like most.

I didnt say anything at all about not being over it, typical Facker. What an idiot.

BTW, Dec. 24 will be a different story. Both teams should be at full speed.

Yep, those were the good ole' days. I remember crashing a knee back then too.!:) I will say that Aikman still had a few years left in him but, the last concussion was pretty bad and was probably the right thing to do, retire while he was still able to string a sentence together. Unlike Culpepper, I doubt very seriously he becomes a sportscaster after he retires. "Da coach ses ta trow de ball so, I trow de ball. We all gave a hunderd ten percent and played purty good today". He reiminds me of Bradon Fraiser in "Bedazzeled" as the basketball player doing the interview. As you can tell, I absolutely despise the Vikings.

Ever notice when something bad is happening in Favre's life, he has his best game? Favre is the man. Period.

What about Ben Rothlisberger? That boy is going to be "Rookie of the Year".

It's becoming a tradition for the Pack to start slow and finish strong and the Vikes to start great and finish really slow. It must suck to be a Vikings fan and have your hopes crushed by the horrible inconsistent play of your team year in and year out.

BTW, 4th and 26 still hurts! :(

I agree totally, but do you think they will/can beat Philly on Sunday?

4th and 26 does hurt! But i think that if we have a good ground game sunday that the game will be really close.

As much as I hate to admit it, I think Philly is going to clean the Pack's clock. It'll really test our team's mettle by seeing if they can hold the same heart filled play after losing one.

Vikes to start great and finish really slow.Well, lets just see how true this really is.

1994 started 6-2 finished 10-6...yeah, sorta, but they did win the division...
1995 started 3-5 finished 8-8...no, started slow, finished pretty good...
1996 started 5-3 finished 9-7...naw, played consistant all year
1997 started 6-2 finished 9-7...yep, they choked...
1998 started 7-1 finished 15-1...nope...
1999 started 4-4 finished 10-6...nope...
2000 started 7-1 finished 11-5...ok, I'll give you that one but they still won the division...
2001 started 3-5 finished 5-11...nope, they sucked all year...
2002 started 2-6 finished 6-10...nope, they won their last three...
2003 started 6-2 finished 9-7...yep, again they choked...
2004 started 5-3 finished ?...currently at 7-4 with the 3rd best record in the NFC, they have an easier schedule than the Pack so they should win the division again but only time will tell...

So as you can see out of the last 10 years they were only 4 years where they started strong and finished weak. But 2 of those years they still won their division. So your statement really holds no water at all.

Well speaking in a context that is consistent with the "what have you done for me lately" mentaility in the modern NFL, I was refering to the past few years.

Again, last year was the only time in recent history where they started strong and finished weak while missing the playoffs.
