NEED HELP: Xbox

my xbox is making a clattering noise and it tells me that it requires service on the screen it doesnt go to the xbox menu........well i opened up the xbox and the noise was coming from the harddrive has anyone had this problem and know how to fix

If you don't play xbox live then you can replace the HD with another factory xbox one. Or you can buy a mod chip and a 250 gig hard drive, store over 70 games on the box itself and stream mp3s, movies or whatever onto your tv.

When it gives you the xbox needs service message, there is a number at the top right

honostly i would send it back to microsoft. they might warranty it.
