So I just beat HL2...

I'm freaking confused...
I guess I'm gonna have to find a copy of HL1 : Source and beat that, then maybe I'll have some understanding on what the hell I just did...

But all in all, it was a good game, actually completed it..
I didn't even complete Doom3, or FarCry due to the story sucking..
but now maybe I'll go back and beat those..who knows!?!

now what game is going to take my time?

Far Cry is a good game except for the shitty dialog. Seems a bit too politically correct... It's fun to cheat by using noclip and hovering about 400 meters above ground and bombarding the beaches with rockets.

in farcry, i just loaded it up today, and I get a critical error everytime I try to install...
so maybe I'll reinstall, and try again...
oh yeah, i'm in some ruins or something in farcry..

Dude, WTF are you talking about? Roliath gave ME the impression HE did not play it. *I* played it. In my response I asked the question if he played it. I did play it. Good stuff, even years after it is outdated.

I'm confused...
I never played HL1, well I played the first level, the one where you on the trolley car, and going undergound, and such...
didn't get TOO deep into it though..maybe about 12 or 15 minutes of gameplay...
good game, just never really played it all the way through..

HL2, was a great game, it's just that the ending left me confused, I mean I've never seen a game ending quite like that...
I'm going to try to see if I can force myself to beat farcry and doom3, but those stories suck... and after playing HL2, i think I'm just going to be dissappointed in the gameplay of D3, and FC...

well at least I still have CSS...and NFSUG2 (good "fun" game)

I have not played the 2nd since I don't wanna play it on my laptop. I'll wait until I am home for good and play it on my desktop. However, the ending on the original is a little strange as well.

However, the gameplay is fun and all. I'd give it a whirl if I were you.
