I just bought this gun for over what I am selling it for. This is a .40 cal Smith and Wesson SW40VE. I have never fired it and it has not even been loaded. Comes with two clips that hold 14 shots, lock, manuals, and hard case. I really hate doing this but my aod is screwed up right now. $300.00 is my firm offer. :(

I'll take that off your hands....just tell me how you can get it to me being I haven't received my FFL license yet. I am qualified to bear arms in the military does that count?! lol

Let me know I'll send ya out payment as soon as we figure out how to get it to me.

Not sure about FL but here in TX you can usually get a local FFL holder to accept shipment of your hand-gun for like $20-30.

If you are about to get an FFL why hassle with buying a gun now from out of state?

True, I used to have a list of gun dealers that were friendly to doing a transfer but unfortunately I am not at home and do not have access to it.

What if he dissassembled the gun and shipped it in different boxes? Technically speaking a firearm is a gun that is able to expell rounds through a gun-powder propelled object. Would it work to ship the pistol grip with magazines in one box, and the case for the gun with slide and barrel in another?

Watchya think?

I just called fedex. They said that was fine as long as the working firearm did not arrive at the same time. And it can be shipped as a regular package.

FYI, federal gun laws have these stipulations on shipping................

Firearms may not be mailed or shipped interstate from one non-FFL to another non-FFL. Personally owned rifles and shotguns may be mailed or shipped to an FFL in any state for any lawful purpose, including sale, repair, or customizing. An FFL may ship a firearm or replacement firearm of the same kind and type to a person from whom it was received. Under U.S. Postal regulations, handguns may be sent via the Postal Service only from one FFL to another FFL, or between authorized government officials.

A person may ship a rifle or shotgun to himself, in care of a person who lives in another state, for purposes of hunting.

Firearms or ammunition delivered to a common carrier for shipment must be accompanied by a written notice to the carrier of the contents of the shipment.
