View Full Version : Wheelied in front of a cop this morning...

On my way to work this morning, I was zoomin' down the road and saw a cop car in the distance up on a curb in front of a jr. high by my work. There was no school zone lights flashing, but I proceeded to slow waaaay down anyways until I noticed that there were about 25 kids around the cop car. It was then that I knew that he wasn't running radar, he was showing the kids his squad car.
I pulled the front wheel up and and then set it right back down and looked over at the kiddos. They loved it!!! :D Then I saw a couple of them holding the radar gun and giving me a thumbs up at the same time. I threw a few revs at them and then saw the cop look up from the passenger side of the car. I think he knew that I was just teasing the kids so he didn't even scowl at me or look mad. It was a pretty fun way to start the day.
Hopefully there won't be a ticket on my bike when I go out to it at lunch!

Reminds me of the idiot that popped a wheelie right in front of me merging onto I-35E nothbound at Fox Ave a couple of weeks ago.
He didn't see the Lewisville cop in the left lane a couple cars back, but the cop sure saw him.

Weren't you the one who deleted the thread where you were speaking so highly of the virtues of doing wheelies on the freeway? Did you mention you had been arrested for it in that thread where everyone was making fun of you?

I'll wheelie in front of cars all the time cause I don't give a funk. I just make sure there aren't any cops around. The difference with this situation is that I saw an opportunity and took it.
I knew the cop wasn't going to run over a bunch of kids to come after me.

i would rather be doing a wheelie with cars that are doing the same speed as me than doing one down a rode that has a 45mph speed limit. they are scary sometimes like at night and i cant see a whole lot.

Yeah, why would you let going to jail, the possibility that you could kill yourself or someone else stop you from doing it? Anyone who would stop for those silly reasons isn't cool, huh?

You need to reevaluate your thinking......I love a good wheelie, but it isn't the sexiest thing I have ever seen......I am just speaking for me.......it might be the sexiest thing you have ever seen......I will take you to a breast tavern and then we will see what you think.
