WOW!!! What a quality product. Build quality is outstanding and it sounds awesome. I bought the full RS-3 System with a carbon can when I bought my bike a few weeks ago. It didnt take too long to install and the hardware provided is very well thought out (They even incorperated a spring puller!). On the bike it feels alot stronger all over. I am taking it to Scott tommorow to get the PC III mapped. Who wants to come out to Kennedale this Wednesday night and race me? ;)

well in fact you are most likely hurting performance without a remap...the bike computer is unsure what to do with the extra flow it is getting...after u remap though is when you will truely get a perfomance boost...how much did it cost you?

it depends, i know on my bike, it's a little rich factory, so a set of slip ons seems to put it app. where it should be.
some bikes are leaner, some richer from the factory, so who knows.
congrats man, i'm digging the new bike!

hey ONE ..have u seen the mod u can do where u can look at your settings on your computer by grounding a certain wire on your computer??? I can change all my settings without a PCIII for free!!
that might be only on FI r6 bikes though

yeah i have, but it doesn't work quite like some of the people think it does.
on the R1 you can adjust IDLE air fuel ratio, that's it.
on the R6, apparently, you can change it at idle/light throttle/heavy throttle, but nobody from yamaha has verified this, so i may not trust it.
a pc3 is worth the cost, i think, but i'm broke as shit, so i won't be able to afford any of it.
