Dim or High Beams?

I get so tired of people flashing me when I ride at night. I ride day or night with the high beam on my lights, I want to see and be seen. Yamaha makes bright headlights and I think thats a good thing.

DIM! I hate it when people ride around with brights on. I can see you no better with brights then I can with dims, and all you are doing is pissing people off because you are blinding them ... especially on narrow 2 lane dark roads.

i agree with this. this is how me and all my friends ride too. brights at night is just plain dangerous...

Blinding an oncoming driver is stupid. If you are heading toward me with brights on a two lane road, I can't see shit.

Ya'll must have better low beams than I do, I can't see shit on low. I'm not an asshole I just want to be safe.

what kind of bike do u have?? r1 or r6?

I ride with low beams and people still flash me. I guess the R1's lights are just a bit bright....:D

yeah I get flashed all the time and yes it is annoying..but not much I can do ..I have a r6 and it does the one headlight out ordeal ...Reason they even do that is to show that you are a bike and not a car.... dont have your brights on at night...that is just dangerous to yourself and others that you are brighting
