I'm surprised that someone didn't blame Kerry on this... :confused:

I'm very concerned about soldiers refusing their assignments... Could there be more to these military shortages? If I could ask Bush a question: Why are you putting our soldiers at risk knowing this? I thought he had military genus's that plan "the art of war". How do Bush Supporters defend this non-action? Why does a General have to send a letter? Why do our troops have to wait til' January to get their supplies and spare parts?
