Kerry won't release all his military record. What's he hiding?
Some speculate that it's a dishonorable discharge that president Carter fixed.

An official Navy document on Senator Kerry's campaign Web site listed as Mr. Kerry's "Honorable Discharge from the Reserves" opens a door on a well kept secret about his military service.
The document is a form cover letter in the name of the Carter administration's secretary of the Navy, W. Graham Claytor. It describes Mr. Kerry's discharge as being subsequent to the review of "a board of officers." This in it self is unusual. There is nothing about an ordinary honorable discharge action in the Navy that requires a review by a board of officers.
Mr. Kerry has repeatedly refused to sign Standard Form 180, which would allow the release of all his military records. And some of his various spokesmen have claimed that all his records are already posted on his Web site. But the Washington Post already noted that the Naval Personnel Office admitted that they were still withholding about 100 pages of files.
When a dishonorable discharge is issued, all pay benefits, and allowances, and all medals and honors are revoked as well. And five months after Mr. Kerry joined the U.S. Senate in 1985, on one single day, June 4, all of Mr. Kerry's medals were reissued.

Anyone who chooses to keep their military records hidden from public view while running for the office of Commander-in-Chief certainly raises red flags with me!

Everything I have read has shown President Bush compleated his required duty to the reserves plus a little.
first of all, I'm not voting for kerry. I'm not voting at all. I'll try to get the whole article from the US News I read it in at work. again, he got an honorable discharge, but how? his record isn't complete either (let's not forget the media shitstorm it took to get him to release his records, what hadn't been destroyed).

What documents are you looking for him to release? There is ample evidence of what was going on during those years; he asked to spend time away from the reserves to work on a campaign. He was allowed to go, and he did. What's your problem with his records? :confused: And nothing's been destroyed that we know of. That's what we in the biz call "unfounded accusations".

Bush has signed the order to release all his military records. His records show that he completed his contract and received a "Honorable Discharge"
John Kerry will NOT sign the order to release his military records. I suspect he got a DISHONORABLE DISCHARGE or a Less than Honorable.
For the Kerry lovers, prove me wrong, have your canidate release his records.

I trust Bush less than Kerry so my vote won't change. You all seem to know more about Kerry than you do Bush and this is pitiful seeing that you all love Bush. I have researched both candidates and feel Kerry will do the better job over the next four years. Also I do not feel either candidate has a honorable service record. Kerry and Bush both acted with poor judgement during the Vietnam conflict.

I checked his website and his military records are there... Even his discharge... it was honorable...

Look at Kerry's Discharge, it was Changed by Carter (over 5 years from when he originally was discharged) What was it? I bet its a DISHONORABLE DISCHARGE.
Why does Kerry want to hide this? Because if it comes to light, he would instantly drop 30 points in the polls.

I told you at that Whataburger that it would not be right to "Take Bush out of office and that it takes 2 terms of office to fully allow for his programs to take place".

Actually in front of another one of my friends you said Bush was to blame for your economic situation, the problems with the law you have had, and various other details. You sat and argued for at least a hour.

I've met the guy, and he's consistantly LIED to me. Then I find out he was on parole, talking about shooting someone who he thought was tailing him, etc. From my stance, enough was enough, and I decided it wasn't worth being around someone who lies to me into trouble just by being an associate. Read the above posts, you will see that this individual is the one who started the name calling.
