How to get egg off paint?

So my car got egged a while back, and it took me a few days to notice, so its all dried to the paint.:( Any ideas how to get this off?

Google. Good luck with it. I always thought that eggs flat out killed paint.Man, I hope not. Ill try it tomorrow and see how it goes, I guess.

Bummer, had that happen years a go and it took the paint off when I tried to clean it. I hope you have better luck.

Shit like that really pisses me off. I'd try to use some blood from the guy who did it for starters. Man, I'm no help to this thread...shutting up. :mad:

The sooner you get the egg of the better. When I was at UNT I came out of my apartment to find somebody had hit my car with an egg. It hit the spoiler and split into two pieces. The two peices slide over and under the spoiler and up the rear glass, over the roof and down the windshield. When I noticed, I came back out wiht a glass of warm soapy water and wiped it up with a wash cloth. The only spot missing paint were a couple pin head sized dots where the shell made impact.

If you keep any decent polish/wax/sealant on your car, you should be fine.

Mix some lemon juice with water and it will come right off. Mix about 50 50.

Damn Jeremy that suck my car was egged a couple of days ago too but I wasnt too worried about it because it was just my kia and I cleaned it off the next day so I dont think it was the guys you thought it was it was probably just some punk ass kids that thought it would be fun to do it but I guess next time it happens I will guve you a call to see if everything is alright with your car

Thanks for the info Garth, and Chris I really dont know who did it, probably some kids, it was one day I was working on it, and didnt feel like putting it back in the driveway for the night, so I left it in front of the house, it was probably some kids, didnt some kids egg rachel's car too some weeks back?
