and I think this should be a requirement before getting your motorcycle license if for no other reason than to teach you low-speed maneuvering.
I just got back about 45 minutes ago and I highly recommend it. I took the TexasRider course (TexasRider.com) in Irving and really think that everyone could stand to learn something by devoting a weekend to become more familiar on a bike.
I've heard that A+ is cheaper, and I won't bash that course 'cause I'm sure it's good as well, but our classes started at the same time and location, buy our class rode at least 3 hours more than they did (as opposed to being in a classroom). Granted, it was on a POS Honda Nighthawk 250cc, but if you're drop a bike, you might as well do it on someone elses... and get some really useful info at the same time.
I'm trying to find a used CBR (F2 or F3) and feel much more confident in my abilities, even having ridden for a few years now.
For everyone that's taken this course, do you think that everyone should take it, or did you not learn much from it at all?
