So I finally said F it, and signed up

for Verizon DSL. This dial up is killing me. I would never wish this onto my worst enemy. I click a thread, wait, wait, wait, wait, icon, wait, wait, image, wait wait, wait, thread. I've had so many problems with Verizon in the past, is why I've been so hesitant to sign up.

Ah well. All is said and done, I will be back to high speed next Thursday.

wow comcast, then it would be the lesser of the two evils, dial up or Comcast that can be as slow as dsl, or just not work at all dont get me wrong comcast is fast just they have had lots of problems to.

Nope. The apartment complex across the street has comcast internet.

I never had ANY problems when I had Comcast internet. It was always up.


I've had countless problems with Verizon, and have spent countless hours on the phone to get the service up when it went down.

alot of my freind that played CS was having problems with it giver horrible pings to local servers, and there upload was shat at times.

Verizon has worked ok for me since I switched from Comcast. A little trouble getting everything running but can't beat 15M/2M plan for $45 a month. Uploads are quite a lot faster now... :)
