okay guys, i'm looking for a roommate.
the place is about 1000sq ft, two bedroom two bath, the room room that is open has a giant closet, and shares a bathroom connected to the rest of the apartment.
new carpet, plenty of furniture, broadband internet access.

rent is 700 a month, and bills shouldnt be more than 250, so for two people, it'd be
475 a month, maybe less or more, depending on what you want.

damn, $475 a month with bills paid in Plano is a damn good rate. If I hadn't just renewed my lease for a year, I would be all over that shit. Good luck bro!
