Basically I guess if it has tags, inspection and insurance no matter how you got them to be legal on the street and you drive it on the street then it is a street car.

Actually for the merc its just getting the radiator in and fluids now?

Oh and on the WRX I am not sure what you run don't remember off hand.
But the wrx on race gas can push 30 psi and it is making 312 hp and 318 tq to the ground on 93 pump gas and 18 psi. If I can get the gears and it doesnt dump the boost in second due to the gearing in the tranny it can run high 7s.
