Whenever I wash or wax my car, it always looks good, but I always notice streaks on the hood when the sun hits it, there like scratch looking marks, only there really not.....any type of polish, soap, wax, etc.....help me get rid of these marks? Thanks

BTW: My car is black so the streaks show up really good.

you need to buff the car with a compound. Im a Zaino user and it will NOT take the swirls or scratches out. I recommend 3M or Menzerna followed by a few coats of Zaino

you do not want just a compound you want a polishing compound. since you are in NRH. you can get it at English Color off of Davis Blvd. (2.5 mile-ish north of 820.)

3M Polishing Compound that is what it is called, and English Color is actually an automotive paint store, go up there, show them your streaks and ask what can be done. they are great people. i have dealt business with them many times. and on a side note, you want to use a white buffing wheel for rubbing compound, and a yellow pad for polishing compound.
