Anyone know anything about ATK dirtbikes???

My Nephew has a 99 ATK 250 2 Stroke.

From what I have read on them they are essentially all works type components installed. White brothers forks etc.

Anyone have any input on how much this Bike would be worth?

He is in a bind and would sell it to me at a decent price.

I have not ridden since like 1990.... Yea I am an old F%&K...

I would not mind buying it and trading it for a 4 wheeler though.

ANyone have any good info on them please post up....

atk is an awesome dirt bike. it is an american made bike, same builders as harley. it is a works bike. from suspension to wheels, hubs, handle bars, exhuast, etc. if it's a 99' i would say it to be worth $3000 to $6000, depending on shape and condition it's in. tires, plastics, mechanical ability, etc.

I remember reading about them when they first came out.

I can get the bike at a pretty decent price if I want to go through with it.

no problem, if you need anymore info just let me know. there is also a shop in ft worth off camp bowie and the wetherford traffic circle, that sells parts, and atk bikes. it's a harley shop i just can't think of the name at the moment.
