Moto Liberty, 35 and Royal, seem to have pretty good prices. I am sure there are others out there. That's where I bought my jacket for a very good price!

For the class just get you some leather work gloves from Home Depot or Lowes and wear some leather high top sneakers or hiking boots.

I picked up some cheap gloves from Bate's (need a set of carbs anyway) Would a pair of justin ropers (cowboy boots) be ok for the class?

As long as the gloves have a leather palm you will be OK (mine were mesh with a leather palm sorta like those Mechanix's work gloves). Cowboy boots are a no no.
