I just finally got back in the gym after a year or two out and I'm SOO g-d out of shape.... I'm looking for a good website on lifting and defining mass... I'm currently 5'11 and 230.... probably about 25% BF. I know... tubby.... Anyways, I'm looking for the safest/decently quick way to start trimming up and cutting out a figure for myself. I do about 20 minutes or so of cardio on bike/treadmill/stair whatever the fuck the machine could be, but i do a solid 20 minutes at first, then i go work the muscle groups. At the moment, I'm mainly familiar with form on bench, incline, curls, squat... the simple things. I'm looking for lifts that will work on my neck/back/chest as well. Any reccomendations for exercises I should work with? Maybe a website I could visit with pictures on correct form and a variety of different exercises...

Thanks,
JD

Here is a good place to start http://www.muscle-fitness.com/training/exercises/

There is also a mag out on the stands (I believe you can still pick it up) called Muscle & Fitness 101 Workouts. Lots of good exercises in there.
