I've been taking centrum for awhile now and can't tell a difference if i take them or not. Co-worker at work which is very healthy and looks great for his age suggests a short list of vitamins from puritans pride. I really don't want to take 8 or so vitamins a day. Can anyone recommend a good multivitamin because these centrums don't do shit.

just quit taking them, trust me, you'll notice a difference. I went off my vitamins for a while last winter and I became very sick in about a week. I don't really know about centrum, I still like chewing a few Flinstone vitamins a day :) Only problem with them is that they have a lot of iron in them, which I hear is not good as you get older.

GNC's Megaman is still the best on the market and Tom Thumb makes a knock off of their vitamin that is absolutely identical except about $10 cheaper.

<-------- Worked with some of the best R.D.'s in the metroplex. They all recommended Megaman vitamins and Megawomen for women.
One of the most common sites at waste disposal plants is undisolved Centrum and One-a-day type vitamins found at Wal-Mart etc... They just don't get absorbed very well.

I take AST Sports Science's Multi-Pro 32X. I can definitely tell a big difference using it. I found out about it from a few bodybuilders who post on Bodybuilding.com. They all recommend it as the best multi.

Absolutely! Everyone benefits from vitamins as it is almost impossible to match their benefits with food alone.

I also take Multi Pro 32X. It is the best multi-vitamin I have found.
