Does anyone know how to unlock a factory cadillac radio?

define unlock? as in the code to unlock it if the battery is reset or the radio is pulled out of its harness?

or unlock as in how to get it out of the dash?

Go to the dealer...

You have to go to the dealer. Most of the time they will ask you for proof of insurance to prove you own the car. They will need the model number and serial number off of the radio.
