They are 6x8's front and rear but you could put some 6.5's in the door is your perfer their sound.

My 99 had 5X7 in the door which 6X8 Shallow would fit better but 5X7 allow for a nicer enclosure behind it separating the sound and air from outside.
The rears were 6.5 circle.

I replaced my doors with 5X7 JBL and in the pod they used to sell JBL GT220 which fit right in the hole perfectly and provided some midrange and highs. Not very stage friendly but I do not want anyone knowing I have a customer stereo.

The rear I just replaced with some 6.5 and tweeter separates. I then stuffed 4 8s in the trunk in a box. I have a vert and it sounds okay. I am in the process of making some kick panels for a friends 01 vert but for comfort they take to much of the leg room on the already tight drivers side. Plus I like my deadpedal for long drives.

EW could prolly get you a set of Q logic kickpanels if you are not fiberglass friendly.

They are 5x7 (sometimes called 6x8) front and rear 94-04 coupe. Rear in vert may vary but I think they are all 5x7 too. A 5x7 can yield more midbass since there is more cone surface than a 6.5" and you won't have to build a panel to mount it. I sell 8 different models of 5x7 and there are way more available on the market.

4 x 6 in dash
4 x 6 in rear (if you have them)

Yep, but you can add a 6.5" to the door or add kick panels and greatly improve the sound. Or, I sell MB Quart 4" and use adapter plates to make them mount in a 4x6 location. They sound much better than any 4x6 I've heard.

yeah, 4 x 6's blow for sound quality compared to other sizes or any kind of new system.

6x8's are in most new fords.. all f series trucks, escorts, focuses, taurus, mustangs.. ford/mazda is the only car manufacturer that uses 6x8's factory

Nope. There are some chrysler cars with 5x7-6x8 as well. Older Escorts take a round speaker in the door.

So you don't really install, you just look in the computer to see "what fits". Take your uneducated ass to the install bay and measure the stock door speakers in question, you'll see they are in fact 6 x 8". It just so happens that a 6 x 9" aftermarket speaker will fit the same hole.
It gets under my skin when some clerk that has no real professional experience runs their mouth to folks that have spent the last 10 or 15 years in the business.

you proved noone wrong dumbass.... i said 6x9's and 6x9's fit in the door... what the hell are u trying to prove? i am uneducated yet i told u what size fits in there! 6x8's will fit maybe but they size for those trucks is 6x9's! and i HAVE installed many speakers so u can take your clerk statement and shove it up your ass! congratulations for proving noone wrong jackass!

Do you have a vagina? This is like fighting with a chick. You said "prove that other cars or trucks came with 6 x 8" speakers". I did, and then you tell me that doesn't matter because a different speaker will fit in its place? I guess in that kind of thinking a 6 1/2" speaker will "fit" there too.
