WTT Laptop Memory

I have a stick of PNY 256MB SODIMM, PC133 that I would like to trade for a stick of PC100. I got this for my IBM Thinkpad, but I need PC100. The number on the package is N256S133Z and it says that it is for use in PC133 new generation notebooks. I need something that will work in a Thinkpad T20. I did not realize that laptop memory is not backwards compatable.
