Only thing is, I have a limited amount of weight, and no spotter. Incline bench helps a little bit, but it doesn't really isolate as much as I'd like.

Are you doing this at home? I dont know all the tech. terms for them but you can do....
Dumbbell raises to the front
Dumbbell raises to the sides
Military Press in front of the head
Military Press behind your head
Barbell raises from your waist up to your chin.
Barbell shrugs with heavy weight
That will get you started. Shoulders are one of my favorite workouts!

I would also throw some rear delts in there too.
stradle the bench, lay forward, and raise the dumb bells towards the ceiling. Works the rear delts great.

Clean and press is my favorite shoulder exercise. I do them standing with a barbell, not sitting with dumbells like in this link (http://exercise.about.com/library/bl_cleanandpress.htm).
It hits your shoulders like gangbusters, even Arnold says it delivers the "Herculean" look.
