had a decent chest work out.. not super. but decent considering i took a few weeks off from chest..
135x12 ( warm up)
225x12 ( warmup)
315x12( not quite a work set.. but not quite a warm up)
365x8
405x5
then incline dumbell press..
150s X 10
150s X 6
100s X 12.
I had to drop down to 100s as i am working out with an injured shoulder so i cant go all out.. oh. and then 4 lovely sets of cable cross overs. and a complete bicep work out after that.
HOPEFULLY in a few months i will be able to put up 405 6-10 times
