i love Turtle Wax's 'Wet and Black'. it used to come in like a spray can, but now is only in a pump action (?) spray bottle. i guess you can say it like that.... I've been usin it for a long time now, and love the shine and how long it lasts

there is a product called Jet Wet, it comes in a compressed air can, that stuff last for 3 or 4 weeks. and there is also the applicator pad tipes and those are the best, becuase you never get overspray or slinging on your car.

Anybody use that Stoner Tire Spray I read about in Car & Driver?
Is that stuff expensive?

Hey I'm sure that others already do this, and it isn't new to many, but when you spray the tire shine on, if you get a paint brush and gently just paint around the tire, then the liquid stuff won't shoot all over the car.

Hey another question regarding cleaning products, what do yall guys use to clean your chrome wheels besides slapping the typical soap and water on them when washing the car?

Megquiars (sp?) has a gel type that is pretty good on tires.

I think the key to good looking tires is additional effort. I bought some sponges at Pep Boys made specifically for applying tire dressing. They are rounded concavely on one side to conform to the tire shape. I spray the dressing on the sponge and apply it to the tire--as opposed to spraying it on the tire and wiping it down. No overspray and the tires look perfect.

I just use that No Touch stuff by STP I believe . I don't particularly care for tires that look like they are glossy. Just a clean, black rubber tire.

I use the Meguire's stuff too. It will still sling up on the car if you drive it right after applying it. Let it sit a while and it's fine. Looks good and lasts a while.

meguiers is great! use it all the time. Sometimes it manages to cake up a little so I take a scrub brush to the tires to get them fresh and then spray tire shine on there. I used to use the aresol can but now I use the squirt bottle

For Chrome- I use windex it is the best. I have the nevr-dull that stuff is great too! A lot of people don't like it cause they try to press too hard and it scrathches their wheels! You are just supposed to press gently on the wheel and make little circles like you are waxing them. And you don't need much at all but like a quarter size piece! that stuff lasts forever!!!
